Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Inventory Clerk in our Southampton office. This role offers an OTE range of £25,5000 - £27,500 pa.

Let's talk about the role. It involves
  • Take high-quality photographs to supplement written descriptions and provide visual evidence.
  • Evaluate property cleanliness and note areas requiring attention according to the tenancy agreement.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to property owners or management.
  • Arrange and conduct check-out appointments with tenants, clearly communicating inspection procedures.
  • Provide clarification and respond to tenant concerns regarding the inventory report findings.
  • Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure inventory procedures comply with legal requirements.
  • Organise and maintain accurate records of inventory reports, photographs, and correspondence.
  • Work effectively with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders involved in the process.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to enhance inventory management procedures and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines during property inspections.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in inventory management or a related field beneficial
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
