Job summary
A prominent fitness organization in Basingstoke is seeking a passionate manager to lead gym operations and maintain high service standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in the leisure industry and be skilled in team management, sales driving, and customer service. This full-time role offers a chance to work in a vibrant environment while making a positive impact on team and member experiences.

- Proven track record of management experience in a leisure-related industry.

- Qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor.
- Experience in driving sales and managing a successful team.
- Substantial experience as a Fitness Manager or similar role.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies and Company Procedures.
- Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard.
- Conduct safety checks; report defects promptly.
- Recruit and manage a team to meet operational expectations.
- Drive sales and maximise revenue.
- Ensure cleanliness of the gym facility.
- Deliver outstanding member service.
