Qualifications

• Proven track record of management experience in a leisure-related industry.
• Passionate about customer service and an inspirational leader.
• Qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor.
• Experience in driving sales and managing a successful team.
• Substantial experience as a Fitness Manager or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies and Company Procedures.
• Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard.
• Conduct safety checks; report defects promptly.
• Recruit and manage a team to meet operational expectations.
• Drive sales and maximise revenue.
• Ensure cleanliness of the gym facility.
• Deliver outstanding member service.
