Job summary
A care service provider in the East Midlands is seeking compassionate individuals to support children and young adults with complex health needs within the home environment. Flexible shifts (24-48 hours) are available, and you will assist with personal care, medication administration, and daily routines. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively and has relevant qualifications in health and social care.

NurtureCare is commissioned to support both children and young adults with complex health and additional health needs within the home environment.
Shifts: 24 - 48 Hours - Fully Flexible Day and Night Shifts, Waking Nights.

- The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Level 2/Level 3 qualification in health and social care or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with complex care.
