The ideal candidate will have a blend of marketing, design, content creation, and technical support skills, ensuring brand consistency across digital platforms and developing new products. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, designing promotional materials, and providing technical support. A strong mix of creative and analytical thinking is essential.

- Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan, schedule, and analyse content performance
- Capture and edit photo and video content for marketing campaigns
- Design posters, brochures, and digital graphics
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Build brand awareness, engagement, and a strong digital identity.
- Research and develop new products
- Design and update labels, packaging, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with suppliers or internal teams on product ideas
- Manage online product listings and e-brochures
- Collect and respond to customer feedback or reviews
Ensure the company’s product offerings stay fresh, appealing, and well-presented online and offline.
- Provide technical support for staff (computers, printers, emails, Wi-Fi, etc.)
- Maintain website back-end systems (WordPress, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Manage software updates, backups, and user accounts
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
