Responsible for managing a company’s digital presence, supporting product development and marketing, and maintaining the IT systems and digital infrastructure that enable daily operations.

It’s a creative–technical hybrid role, blending marketing, design, content creation, website management, and technical support into one position.

This title would suit someone who can move fluidly between media production, digital strategy, and IT management

  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Plan, schedule, and analyse content performance
  • Capture and edit photo and video content for marketing campaigns
  • Design posters, brochures, and digital graphics
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

2. Product Responsibilities
  • Research and develop new products
