Senior Fund Accountant

£55,000 – £65,000

We are currently working with an international group who specialize in providing financial support to private market funds. You’ll be exposed to an incredibly exciting client-base in industries such as real estate, infrastructure, and renewable energy including wind and solar panel farms.

Day-to-day you’d be working in their beautifully modern offices and collaborating with the UK and US finance teams to:

• Perform treasury functions
• Manage investor inquiries
• Review and prepare quarterly management accounts
• Review statutory year-end accounts under UK GAAP, IFRS, and LUXGAAP
• Complete capital activity reporting including preparing capital account statements following calls and distributions to be presented to fund investors

This role will suit you if you have experience in line with the following:

• 3 years or more of accounting experience in a similar environment or within practice
• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience preparing accounts under UK GAAP; IFRS is a bonus
• Alternatively, experience auditing companies within the financial services sector with strong technical knowledge in relation to fund accounting
