A leading technology company in the UK is seeking a Solution Consultant to support the CBRNE portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product development and engaging with customers to improve satisfaction. Skills in detection products and advanced technical degrees are required, along with excellent communication skills. The role offers career growth and a supportive, inclusive work environment.
The Solution Consultant Role is a key position in the CBRNE Portfolio, Innovation and Digital (PID) Department. You will report into the CBRNE Value Proposition Manager and will be required to perform a wide range of tasks in the development, technical support, and commercial exploitation of all current and legacy CBRNE detection products.
Your responsibilities will also extend globally to support all of Smiths Detections regional teams with particular focus on generating maximum income, increasing market share, and improving customer satisfaction/experience while aligning to the Division and Group's overall portfolio strategy. The role will also be aligned to provide strong collaboration with the Marketing team in the development of collateral, execution of campaigns, and in market research.
