Senior Data Analyst (Marketing: Customer & CRM)

Join Uswitch, a leading UK service provider, as a Senior Data Analyst in our Marketing Analytics team.

Hybrid: Tuesdays and Thursdays in our London office. Location: London.

Department: Data & Analytics.

The Role

As a Senior Customer & CRM Analyst, your insights will drive decision‑making across the company, impacting strategy and identifying opportunities that benefit the business. You’ll work across marketing verticals on a broad range of challenges and will have the opportunity to work on different projects throughout your time with Uswitch.

What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll join our Marketing Analytics team, focusing on all marketing channels from Brand to Paid Search. Your goal is to build a best‑in‑class customer experience by unlocking data insights across touchpoints, campaigns, and activity.

  • Deepen our understanding of CRM programmes and optimise the customer journey in partnership with marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with and influence relevant marketing stakeholders to make more informed data‑guided decisions.
  • Monitor, report and diagnose KPI trends, automate where possible, and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develop analytical tools and models to improve our capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python for automation, modelling and experimentation is a plus.
  • Senior analyst experience in a CRM or customer‑focused analytical role.
  • Strong communication skills – scope projects, disseminate results and instill confidence in stakeholders of varied backgrounds.
  • Experience with data BI tools such as Tableau (Git, dbt – nice to have).
  • Ability to build complex operational & financial models, synthesise recommendations and present to senior executives.
  • Strong prioritisation and urgency; ability to distinguish urgency from importance.
