We are hiring a highly capable Associate Analyst to support high‑velocity strategic, financial, and operational initiatives. This role is designed for someone who is exceptionally detail‑oriented, intellectually sharp, fast, reliable, and able to produce executive‑quality deliverables on the first pass. You will work directly with senior leadership—including the C‑Suite—across critical workstreams spanning research, competitive intelligence, financial modeling, and presentation development.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and refine high‑stakes presentations in PowerPoint for C‑suite and external audiences.
- Maintain perfect clarity, hierarchy, and narrative flow in decks.
- Create one‑pagers, tear sheets, briefing documents, and structured summaries.
Market, Industry & Competitive Research
- Conduct deep research into industries, competitors, macro trends, whitespace, and emerging technologies.
- Surface insights, risks, threats, and growth opportunities.
- Organize learnings into concise, actionable research briefs.
Financial Modeling & Business Case Development
- Build structured Excel models for TAM/SAM/SOM, P&L, scenario modeling, and business cases.
- Support strategic recommendations with data, assumptions, and clear logic.
- Summarize models into executive‑ready slides and narratives.
Operational, Strategic & GTM Support
- Support GTM materials, product positioning, partner‑facing content, and strategic reports.
- Prepare materials for investor conversations, board discussions, and high‑stakes internal meetings.
- Draft memos, analysis summaries, and decision‑ready documents.
Project Management & Execution
- Maintain structured documentation, trackers, and task management via Monday.com, Notion, or similar tools.
- Keep simultaneous workstreams organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactively identify gaps, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, analytics, finance, or market research.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills producing executive‑level decks.
- Proficient to advanced Excel financial modeling skills.
- Exceptional research capabilities with strong synthesis ability.
- Excellent communication skills with high accuracy and recall.
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting or interacting with senior executives.
- Familiarity with SaaS, AI, modernization, or enterprise technology markets.
- Experience generating competitive matrices, TAM/SAM/SOM, or strategic landscapes.
- Familiarity with Monday.com, Notion, Airtable, or similar tools.
- Ability to independently produce polished, high‑quality deliverables.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and self‑starter mindset.
- Precision, polish, and consistency in work product.
- Ability to anticipate needs and deliver proactively.
