JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a talented and driven Marketing Manager to join our team, responsible for delivering innovative and high-impact marketing campaigns across a portfolio of leading trade exhibitions and publications. You’ll play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy, leading a small team, and collaborating across multiple departments to drive audience growth, engagement, and event success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and audience development plans for a portfolio of events and publications.
  • Oversee campaign execution across multiple channels, including email, digital, print, and social, ensuring all communications are on brand and on message.
  • Lead, support, and develop the marketing team, setting clear objectives and driving strong performance.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with industry partners and media to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—Sales, Data, Web, Conference, and Editorial—to deliver integrated and impactful campaigns.
  • Analyse pre‑registration and attendee data, reporting on results and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage the creative and design process for marketing materials.
  • Support on‑site event activities, including visitor engagement, content capture, and live social media.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Strong team leadership skills with experience coaching and developing others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean Mandarin (essential).
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at pace.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing principles, analytics, and platforms (including Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, CMS platforms, social media scheduling tools, and email marketing software.
  • The ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
  • Creative problem‑solving skills and a flexible, adaptable attitude.
