Hybrid EL/PL Defendant Solicitor - Legal Exec (Bradford)
Job summary
A leading law firm in Bradford is seeking a talented Defendant EL/PL Solicitor / Legal Executive. The role involves managing a caseload of EL/PL claims, conducting legal research, and providing client advice. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in personal injury litigation, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 and flexible working arrangements, providing a supportive environment for career advancement.

- Minimum of 2 years experience in Personal Injury Litigation, preferably in defendant EL/PL.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of EL/PL claims from inception to resolution.
- Conducting thorough legal research and providing sound legal advice to clients.
- Preparing and drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements.
- Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court when necessary.
