A UK-based ventilation solutions provider is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Manager to lead their zero-harm culture initiatives. The role requires strong technical knowledge and leadership capabilities to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement across health, safety, and environmental practices. Ideal candidates will have NEBOSH qualifications or comparable experience, as well as strong influencing skills and experience in a manufacturing environment. The Health, Safety and Environment Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in driving our zero‑harm culture. Acting as a visible, proactive, and influential leader, you will champion safety excellence, engage teams at every level, and build a culture where safe behaviours and environmental responsibility are second nature.
You will lead by example, coach and empower colleagues, and deploy robust systems to ensure legal compliance, minimise risks, and maintain certifications. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, and cultural understanding to move the organisation from compliance to excellence.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Working style: Fully onsite
You will bring deep expertise in Health, Safety and Environmental leadership, supported by strong technical knowledge and practical experience within complex operational environments. You will be a confident influencer with the credibility to shape decisions and the leadership capability to shift culture, inspire others, and drive continuous improvement.
