Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Responsible for renewals and quality.
  • Nationwide travel approx. 1 to 2 days per week.
  • On-site training experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure long-term retention of customers and maximise satisfaction.
  • Advocate for customer needs and lead issue resolution.
  • Contact customers post-install to identify any issues.
  • Monitor 'Customer Health' metrics and NPS results.
