We are expanding our Public Sector audit services within the Sumer group across our UK-wide hubs. With a strong foundation, we’re looking to grow our reach across the UK, and to support this expansion, we’re seeking an experienced Audit Partner to join the team.
This is a key leadership position with the opportunity to influence national strategy, support major clients, and work alongside a dynamic and supportive team. The role will report directly to the Head of Audit for Sumer Group, providing exposure to group-level priorities and alignment with broader audit objectives.
Although this role can be based anywhere in the UK, we’re looking for someone with a strong client-facing presence who can ideally be based in one of our hubs to help build and grow a team.
As a Partner, you will lead the growth of Sumer’s Public Sector audit practice across the UK, building on the strong foundation. You’ll shape national strategy, develop senior client relationships, and drive business development. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by expanding our market presence and building a high-performing team.
At Sumer, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment, not just as buzzwords, but as the heartbeat of our team. Our recruitment practices reflect this commitment, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds. We prioritise creating an environment where every candidate feels respected and supported throughout the hiring process.
Everyone is unique and we understand that each individual may have distinct needs to showcase their best selves during interviews. Our commitment is to offer personalised support for all candidates. Let our team know how we can bring out your fullest potential.
