Job summary
A tech company is seeking a Customer Success Representative to support merchants using AI Website Builder. This fully remote role requires strong technical skills and experience in SaaS support. Key duties include providing support via various channels, ensuring merchant satisfaction, and collaborating with product teams. Ideal candidates should have a background in ecommerce, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours across US time zones.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in SaaS customer support or account management roles.
- Proficiency with AI tooling used daily, including OpenAI models and similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices.
Responsibilities
- Act as first responder to inbound inquiries from merchants and customers.
- Provide hands-on support inside the AI Website Builder.
- Document solutions to FAQs and technical limitations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature requests.
