This role is offered on a full in-studio basis or a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days per week in the studio). We can provide a comprehensive relocation support package as part of any offer, should you need to relocate.

As a Producer at Frontier,you’llplay a key role indelivering high-quality game features and creating experiences that push creative boundaries.Ifyou’repassionate about building exceptional games and thrive on collaboration,we’dlove to hear from you.

• Taking ownership ofkey project areas and driving them independently
• UtilisingJIRA and other planning tools to organise, schedule, andmonitorprogress
• Ensuring best practice procedures and pipelines are followedto maintainefficientdevelopment
• Communicating clearly and effectively with developers, stakeholders, and external partners
• Managing and prioritisingthebugdatabase to focus effort accordingly
• Working closely with Senior Producers, learning from their experience and guidance

• Ability to communicate confidently across all organisational levels
• Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Abilityto motivate and support developers toconsistentlydeliver their best work
• Proven experience as a Game Producer,withat least one shipped PC or console title
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies

• Experience usingJIRA
