The role will primarily be overseeing our training academy in Warrington, with occasional travel to other Utilita sites.* Undertake general maintenance tasks which will include (But not limited to) - Plumbing - First fix electrical works/ testing and inspection - Fabric maintenance - Carpentry and joinery - Painting and decorating - PAT testing* Supervise contractors to ensure maintenance is complete.* maintain effective business relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors and suppliers;* manage maintenance inventory & ensure adequate stock levels of parts and equipment. * Previous hands-on experience working in a trade role.* Good understanding of the composition of commercial properties.* Full UK Driving License with access to your own vehicle* Good understanding of health and safety procedures.* IT literate and able to use a Facilities Ticketing system.**The Important Things!**Join a company that truly invests in you.
