A leading publishing company located in England is seeking a proactive Customer Order Processing Manager. This key role involves overseeing the Planning and Data Preparation teams to ensure a smooth workflow for customer orders and data. The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, an eye for process improvement, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. You will be responsible for maximising efficiency, addressing quality issues, and leading your teams to success.
As part of an ongoing internal restructure we are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Customer Order Processing (COP) Manager to join our Business Systems team at our factory in Bungay. This is a key management role responsible for overseeing our Planning and Data Preparation teams to ensure a seamless, efficient, and high-quality workflow for all customer orders and data.
You will ensure customer work is processed smoothly and on time, maximising production efficiency and supporting our factory teams to deliver outstanding service to our clients. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will manage, support and develop your team while continually improving processes, systems, and collaboration across departments.
To be successful as a COP Manager, you will be an organised, people-focused leader with excellent decision-making skills, a passion for problem solving, and the ability to influence and build effective relationships across all areas of the business.
