About the Role

Reporting to the IT Delivery Lead, you will execute end-to-end testing across multiple business and IT projects, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, meet business requirements, and are delivered to a high standard of quality. You will be responsible for test planning, test execution, defect management, and close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Coordinate and support business users during UAT
• Raise, track, and manage defects through to resolution
• Maintain and execute automated regression test suites
• Produce clear test reports and proactively manage testing risks
• Work across agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments

About You

You’re a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Test Analyst who enjoys working across complex systems and engaging with diverse stakeholders. You bring strong technical testing ability alongside excellent communication and organisational skills.

Essential experience includes:

• 5+ years’ experience in software testing across business and IT projects
• Strong knowledge of the full SDLC and multiple delivery methodologies
• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Proven experience in integration and end-to-end testing
• Exposure to test automation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
