Meridell Achievement Center is seeking a dynamic Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) *hybrid position* to work a full‑time schedule consisting of 5, 8‑hour shifts. Work will include assisting the admissions department and working directly with pediatric patients on the units.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required), bachelors degree in nursing (preferred)
• Prior clinical experience and recent psychiatric nursing experience is preferred.
• Experience in situational evaluation and crisis intervention a plus
• Requires a high level of initiative, motivation, independent judgment and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Physical demand is medium with extensive sitting, writing, and talking on telephone
• Must be able to assist during crisis intervention
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Current Texas RN License, required
