The Partner Recruiting Assistant is an integral part of Latham’s Partner Recruiting & Integration team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative assistance in support of lateral partner and counsel hiring activity, as directed by their supervisor and other department leadership, while scheduling interviews for lateral partner and counsel candidates and collating feedback. This role will be located in our London office and may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
