Counter Manager – Estee Lauder Boots Princess

Join the Estee Lauder family as a Counter Manager at our Boots Princess counter.

Overview

As a dynamic and inspiring leader, you will coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.

You will have total accountability for executing an agile business plan, recruiting and retaining customers via strategic targeting, impactful in‑store events, strong customer relationships and leading a high‑performance team.

This role offers exposure to business planning, consumer insights, event management, customer relationship management and front line marketing within a prestige beauty environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and develop the store team to meet sales, service and operational targets.
  • Create and execute a business plan, including recruitment, retention and customer engagement strategies.
  • Organise and promote in‑store events and promotions.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and manage loyalty programmes.
  • Monitor and optimise store performance metrics and financial results.
  • Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven leadership, coaching and business‑management skills in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Retail sales experience, with a track record of achieving business targets.
  • Team‑leadership and people‑management experience.
  • Strategic planning and execution experience.
  • Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources.
  • Proficient computer skills: email, Microsoft Excel, and retail POS systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people.
Employment

Full‑time – 37.5 hours per week.
