Role Summary

We’re looking for a Management Accountant to join our high‑performing team and play a pivotal role in driving financial success across the business. This is more than just reporting numbers – it’s about influencing decisions, improving processes, and making a real impact.

Responsibilities
  • Own the numbers: Deliver accurate, insightful monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, variance analysis and KPIs, all to tight deadlines.
  • Be the go‑to expert: Partner with senior stakeholders, providing data‑driven insights that shape strategic decisions.
  • Drive improvement: Challenge existing processes, implement smarter ways of working, and lead projects that make a difference.
  • Lead and inspire: Support and develop colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead: Ensure compliance with financial controls and regulatory frameworks while spotting risks and opportunities early.
Qualifications
  • Qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA or equivalent.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
  • A proactive problem‑solver with strong analytical skills and confidence to challenge the status quo.
  • Experience in shared services and a passion for continuous improvement.
