What is the role?

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Data & Insights Partner to help shape how we visualise, analyse and apply data to inform our recruitment strategies. You’ll work closely with our TA team to build and maintain dashboards that bring our recruitment activity to life, identifying trends and patterns along the way. You will ensure our data is accurate, insightful, and actionable so we can have more strategic, data‑driven conversations with stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for a self‑starter and data enthusiast who thrives on turning data into meaningful insights to support how we attract and hire great talent across Flutter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain, and enhance existing TA data and dashboards, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting
  • Standardise reporting across all talent acquisition teams to enable clear comparisons and insights
  • Support ad‑hoc data and insight requests, providing timely, actionable analysis
  • Develop and maintain visual dashboards for real‑time access to key TA metrics
  • Analyse TA data (e.g., vacancies, hires, conversion rates, sourcing channels, quality and volume of talent) to generate strategic insights
  • Establish and enforce data governance principles
  • Deliver data cleansing and validation initiatives to maintain high‑quality datasets
  • Implement and monitor candidate experience surveys, providing insights to improve the hiring process
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and enhance the personalisation of dashboards and insights
  • Support strategic conversations with stakeholders by translating TA data into actionable recommendations
Experience Required
  • Proven experience in data reporting, analysis, and visualisation, ideally within Talent Acquisition, HR, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar for dashboard creation and data visualisation
  • Strong data management and cleansing experience, with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ideally hands‑on experience with Workday or similar ATS systems
  • Experience generating insights and recommendations to inform business or talent strategy decisions
Capabilities & Behaviours
  • Ability to analyse and interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights
  • Strong focus on data accuracy and quality
  • Proactive, able to take ownership, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
  • Excellent collaborator with peers, suppliers, stakeholders and wider colleague population
  • Confident using a range of analytics and reporting tools to enhance data storytelling
  • Always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to report, automate, and visualise data
What’s In It For You
  • Bonus scheme
  • Uncapped holiday allowance
  • Enhanced pension scheme
  • Private healthcare
  • Life assurance
  • Income protection
  • £1,000 annual self‑development learning fund
