Job summary
A public health service provider in York is seeking a passionate Hotel Services Supervisor to oversee daily operations. You will be responsible for managing hospital service staff, ensuring high-quality service and cleanliness. The role involves shift work and requires prior experience in supervision, familiarity with IT software, and an understanding of mental health care. This permanent part-time position operates in a dynamic environment where you will make a significant impact on patient care.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising/coaching staff on a day-to-day basis.
- Experience working in a mental health environment desirable.
- Knowledge of National Standard of Cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day management of hotel services staff.
- Monitor standards and take corrective action as necessary.
- Participate in quality improvement activities.
