SOFTWAVE TECH SOLUTIONS LTD is seeking a skilled Web Designer to design, develop, and maintain modern, user-friendly websites and web interfaces for clients and internal projects. The role involves working closely with developers, consultants, and clients to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
- Design visually appealing and responsive websites and web pages
- Create website layouts, wireframes, and user interface designs
- Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and compatible with different browsers
- Collaborate with IT consultants and developers to implement design solutions
- Update and maintain existing websites based on client requirements
- Optimize website performance, usability, and accessibility
- Follow branding guidelines and ensure consistent design standards
- Test websites and fix design or layout issues
- Keep up to date with the latest web design trends and technologies
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Web Design, Graphic Design, IT, or a related field (or relevant experience)
