Job summary
A leading engineering consultancy is seeking a Graduate Building Services Engineer in the UK. This role involves contributing to exciting projects such as large office buildings and hospitals. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, conduct site inspections, and draft mechanical and electrical layouts using Revit or AutoCAD. This position is ideal for graduates with a strong educational background and a passion for building services. The successful candidate will benefit from a two-year development program that nurtures personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Graduated with a minimum 2:2 in relevant degree.
- Successfully completed an online skill enabler assessment.
- Interest in building services or technology systems.

We are looking for graduates for our Building Services teams, who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. As a Graduate Building Services Engineer you will work on exciting and innovative projects—including large office buildings, hospitals, hotels, residential complexes, data centres and education buildings—designed to deliver high‑performance, people‑centric buildings.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Draft mechanical or electrical layouts using Revit or AutoCAD, and run calculations.
- Review technical drawings and coordinate with other disciplines.
- Support senior engineers in preparing tender documents.
- Attend site visits to observe installations or conduct surveys.
- Participate in sustainability assessments (e.g. BREEM).
