Join our Product Quality Department and take charge of writing and operating advanced CMM inspection programs using QUINDOS and PCDIMIS, ensuring every component meets exacting design standards. You’ll collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams, offering your insights to keep our CMM operations at the forefront of technology. Each day, you’ll tackle challenging projects like first‑article inspections and process validations while building a robust library of CMM programs that drive efficiency and reliability. Your work will be pivotal in supporting investigations and driving continuous improvement across our operations.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Develop and optimise complex CMM inspection programs for rotating parts using QUINDOS and PCDIMIS to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Lead and deliver CMM inspection projects, including first‑article inspections and process validation verifications.
  • Advise teams on CMM programming and operational techniques to achieve the highest standards of measurement accuracy.
  • Recommend advancements in CMM operations and software to QC Management, keeping our processes innovative and effective.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive library of CMM programs for core engine components, reducing downtime and supporting problem‑solving investigations.
What You Bring
  • Several years of hands‑on CMM programming experience and 4 years in quality control, with a total of 10 years in gas turbines or rotating equipment.
  • Strong background in process/statistical control, customer care, and interpersonal communication.
  • Specialist training in CMM software and product measurement techniques.
  • HNC or degree in Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
  • Proficiency with CAD, Unigraphics, IGESS, and advanced CMM systems.

Collaboration and knowledge‑sharing are at the heart of the group, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation in CMM operations.
