You'll shine here if you:

• Enjoy educating clients about skin care routines, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Are a keen observer of new products and the latest skin trends and techniques
• Have previous Sales experience and excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members
• Have previous experience in skincare/skin services is highly preferred
• Previous leadership experience is favourable as you will be using your experience and background in skin to help support the other team members as a specialist.
• Have a certificate or qualification in skincare (highly desirable)

Please keep in mind when considering a role at Sephora that each of our stores have their own individual needs. As our busiest days of trade are between Thursday to Sunday the ideal candidate will be able to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times including late-night and weekend availability.
