Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent background in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management.
• Working towards RICS accreditation is essential.
• Some exposure to estimating and cost management.
• Familiarity with measurement methods or willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of NEC contracts or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of cost estimates and cost plans.
• Assist with measurement and benchmarking activities.
