About the role

We are looking for graduates for our Building Services teams, who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. As a Graduate Building Services Engineer you will work on exciting and innovative projects—including large office buildings, hospitals, hotels, residential complexes, data centres and education buildings—designed to deliver high‑performance, people‑centric buildings.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Draft mechanical or electrical layouts using Revit or AutoCAD, and run calculations.
  • Review technical drawings and coordinate with other disciplines.
  • Support senior engineers in preparing tender documents.
  • Attend site visits to observe installations or conduct surveys.
  • Participate in sustainability assessments (e.g. BREEM).

Qualifications & requirements
  • Graduated with at least a 2:2 in a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.

  • Eligibility to start work in September 2026.
  • Passion for Building Services or Technology Systems.
