Kitchen Manager - Revolution

Location: Durham - Salaried

Salary: £34,000+OTE

We are looking for a dedicated and engagingKitchen Manager to join the team, whois skilled in maintaining high standards and building and nurturing the fantastic team around them, to helpdeliver exceptional results. As Kitchen Manager,you willmanage every aspectof your kitchen's operation, and motivate those around you to get the best out of your team!Being a great communicator and relationship builder is essential in a KitchenManager role, as you’ll need to work with the management, front of house, and sales teams to ensure you're able to deliver quality food and a fantastic guest experience!

• Leading your kitchen team with ambition and integrity to drive sales and deliver our purpose
• Driving and encouraging kitchen team development
• Overseeing kitchen team recruitment in your venue
• Managing revenue and budget targets
• Driving Sales Initiatives
• Stock Control and GP management
• Payroll Management; incl. labour control
• Health & Safety compliance
