A leading sports fashion retailer is seeking a Supervisor in Manchester to lead customer service efforts and drive sales within the store. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of retail experience, demonstrating a passion for exceptional service and the ability to coach a team. At JD Sports, our customer is at the heart of everything we do. As aSupervisor, you will support the management team by leading your department in providing exceptional customer service to every JD customer. You will work closely with the store’s Management Team and be responsible for maintaining the standards and results within your department. You will lead by example, drive sales and KPI's, coach and develop your team and upkeep the visual standards, ensuring your department is replenished at all times.
