Bank Network Management is part of the SMB&IC Operations & Technology (O&T) Division. BNM provides best in class banking services to our business partners and clients, while strengthening regulatory compliance, governance, and control over Citi owned bank accounts. BNM global functions include: Relationship Management, Regulatory, Bank Expense Optimization, Bank Signatory Management (BSM), Third Party Risk and In Business Risk & Control.
The Relationship function is responsible for managing relationships with agent banks to provide transparency, governance, and control over real world bank accounts which Citi businesses hold globally, both with affiliates and 3rd party banks. The Senior Network Manager (SNM) position covers the Agent Bank Relationships on behalf of Citi Markets businesses.
Manage Banks and Custodian Bank Relationships globally on behalf of the Citi Markets businesses and account management for limited US based Citi Mortgage related business (i.e. CNAI). This will include:
