Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Deployment Strategist or in a high-growth startup.
  • Strong background in client-facing product roles within leading tech companies.
  • Ability and interest to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the bridge between customer problems and technical solutions.
  • Build trust with C-suite executives and perform in-depth discovery.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of an FDE engagement, including PRD authoring.
  • Drive agile execution and all stakeholder communications.
  • Scope ongoing maintenance and identify new high-value engagements.
