A leading insurance company in the UK is seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Business Partner to support financial planning and analysis while fostering relationships across teams. The role requires part-qualified or fully qualified accountants with strong analytical and data manipulation skills. As an Assistant Finance Business Partner, you’ll support AXA Health in meeting both short‑term operational goals and long‑term strategic objectives. Your inquisitive mindset, data manipulation skills, and ability to communicate insights effectively will enable you to provide timely financial analysis, build strong relationships across teams, and support decision‑making processes. This role offers the opportunity to develop your finance career within a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
