Motus Commercials located in Worcester is on the lookout for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers. The position will see you working:

5 days per week Monday to Friday 8.30am - 18.00pm - Hours can be discussed at interview

Salary - £28571.40

As a Customer Service Advisor at Motus Commercials in Worcester we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

• High level of customer service skills
• Brilliant levels of communication written and verbal
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Utilising various forms of communication for example in person, phone, or email to best handle the customer
• Dealing with customer queries from acceptance to resolution
• Exceeding customer expectations by ensuring you are part of a brilliant team which provides a quality service to all customers
• To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing alongside some of our brilliant Customer Service Advisors
• Maximise opportunities for labour and parts sales whilst offering customers good value for money
• Promote and upsell vehicle service and maintenance contracts
• Attend manufacture and dealer training courses to develop and grow skill sets
