Qualifications

• Experience with domestic and industrial wiring, CHP / boiler systems.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with PLC programming structures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on a variety of production equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
• Support installation and commissioning of new machinery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with production, technical, and H&S teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Use CMMS to log maintenance activities and track performance metrics.
• Coach and support apprentices and production colleagues with technical guidance.

Responsibilities
