Job summary
A healthcare service provider in Warrington is seeking a part-time Support Worker to provide assistance to an individual with complex care needs. The role requires motivated and enthusiastic individuals dedicated to promoting independent living. Responsibilities include covering shifts and working with other team members to deliver high standards of care. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in person-centered care.
Qualifications
- Genuine interest in delivering best person-centered care.
- Previous healthcare experience with complex needs desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Cover all hours (24/7) in rotation and cover holidays and sickness periods of other care team members.
- Undertake a range of duties to support the Client, creating a high standard of health care.
- Conduct yourself in an acceptable manner; reliability, integrity, and complete trustworthiness are essential attributes.

- Part‑time – 24hrs per week
- Bank worker hours available on Day, Waking Night, and Sleep Shifts
- 12‑hour shift 8am – 8pm
- 12‑hour shift 8pm – 8am
- Cover all hours (24/7) in rotation and cover holidays and sickness periods of other care team members.
- Motivated and enthusiastic females required, with a commitment to promoting and maintaining an independent lifestyle for an individual with complex care needs.
- Undertake a range of duties to support the Client, working closely with other team members to provide the highest standards of health care.
- Work independently and as part of a team, conduct yourself in an acceptable manner; reliability, integrity and complete trustworthiness are essential attributes.
- Genuine interest in delivering best person‑centered care.
- Previous health‑care experience working with an individual with complex needs desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS.
