Job summary

A healthcare service provider in Warrington is seeking a part-time Support Worker to provide assistance to an individual with complex care needs. The role requires motivated and enthusiastic individuals dedicated to promoting independent living. Qualifications

  • Previous healthcare experience with complex needs desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Cover all hours (24/7) in rotation and cover holidays and sickness periods of other care team members.
  • Undertake a range of duties to support the Client, creating a high standard of health care.
  • Conduct yourself in an acceptable manner; reliability, integrity, and complete trustworthiness are essential attributes.

Job Type
  • Part‑time – 24hrs per week
  • Bank worker hours available on Day, Waking Night, and Sleep Shifts
Shift Details
  • 12‑hour shift 8am – 8pm
  • 12‑hour shift 8pm – 8am
Responsibilities
  • Cover all hours (24/7) in rotation and cover holidays and sickness periods of other care team members.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic females required, with a commitment to promoting and maintaining an independent lifestyle for an individual with complex care needs.
  • Undertake a range of duties to support the Client, working closely with other team members to provide the highest standards of health care.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, conduct yourself in an acceptable manner; reliability, integrity and complete trustworthiness are essential attributes.
Qualifications
  • Genuine interest in delivering best person‑centered care.
  • Previous health‑care experience working with an individual with complex needs desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
Additional Requirements

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS.
