Murphy is recruiting for a Culture Development Programme Coach. This is a role with real purpose, impact, and connection. Full training and support to become an in-house coach. A chance to shape the future of our culture and help others grow. Opportunities to work across different teams and projects. Ideal base locations are Scotland, Essex, Surrey, and London. Operating in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada and the USA, Murphy provides better engineered solutions to infrastructure sectors including transportation, water, power and natural resources. So that our teams out on projects can run smoothly it is vital that we have robust support functions in place.
We are committed to fostering an engaging and collaborative work environment in which each person’s career is nurtured and developed. We focus on employee development, providing a culture of innovation and positive work-life balance.
Are you passionate about helping people grow and driving positive change across the construction industry? We’re looking for someone special to join our Culture Development Programme, not a professional coach or trainer, but someone with deep, hands‑on experience in infrastructure projects who understands the realities of site life and the challenges our teams face.
As part of our Culture Development team, you’ll be trained and supported to become an in‑house coach. You’ll play a key role in delivering our Culture Development Programme, helping teams across the business live our values and build a stronger, safer, and more inclusive culture. This is not a traditional coaching role. We believe the best coaches are those who’ve had hands on experience out on site and are ready to use this experience in a different way.
