THE ROLE

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Group CEO and wider Senior Leadership Team, including our General Counsel, Global Director of Supply Chain, and key members of our Marketing and People & Culture functions.

Our CEO has spent her career partnering with global businesses to scale climate solutions. With a strong focus on clients, partnerships, and measurable impact, she leads our mission to accelerate the global transition to a low‑carbon economy.

As part of this mission‑driven, fast‑growing business, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our leaders to operate at their best. You’ll provide proactive executive support, help streamline communication across the leadership team, and contribute to internal culture and engagement initiatives that connect our global teams and reinforce our purpose.

This is a high‑visibility role with touchpoints across the business, from board and investor interactions to internal communications and company‑wide events. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications, this role will also help shape how we celebrate our people, communicate our successes, and bring our culture to life.

Climate Impact Partners, a scaling private‑equity backed climate solutions provider, is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Group CEO and wider senior leadership team including our General Counsel and Global Director of Supply Chain.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Group CEO and Senior Leadership Team, managing complex diaries, meetings, and priorities across multiple time zones
  • Manage and monitor several busy inboxes, ensuring clear prioritization and effective communication flow across internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate Senior Leadership and Board meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up on key actions
  • Partner closely with Marketing & Communications (with oversight from Hannah Blackmore) to help deliver internal communications, all‑staff updates, and culture‑focused initiatives that connect and engage our global teams
  • Support the coordination and delivery of internal events and employee engagement activities, fostering a vibrant, mission‑aligned company culture
  • Collaborate on marketing and external event logistics, including arranging travel, preparing materials, and supporting speaking engagements or media appearances
  • Oversee domestic and international travel arrangements for the CEO and SLT, ensuring efficient, well‑organized itineraries
  • Provide coordination support for the London office, liaising with the serviced office provider to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and support for office‑based meetings or events
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO, SLT, Board, and wider business—ensuring follow‑up on priorities, accurate information flow, and proactive issue resolution
  • Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO when required, tracking and driving actions forward
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Provide occasional personal assistance to the CEO as needed to ensure focus on strategic priorities
  • Managing and monitoring three busy inboxes, screening out low and high priority communications
  • Full diary management coordinating internal and external meetings in person and online across multiple time zones
  • Working with stakeholders to coordinate speaking engagements and media interviews, often at short notice
  • Helping to coordinate internal social events and employee engagement
  • Coordination across the Senior Management Team Meetings and management of actions
  • Working with marketing to arrange and ship marketing materials for events and travel for speaking engagements
  • Organising domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Helping to manage office including working with the serviced office provider to support office events or meetings and resolve issues
  • Working with the Board to produce agendas, minutes, keep track of follow‑ups on actions
  • Supporting international senior staff during visits to the London office
  • Attending when possible meetings in place of CEO to assist with actions
  • Escalating and delegating review of relevant documents to ensure efficient use of CEO’s time
  • Assist with personal tasks
  • Full oversight of office management (office is serviced so this is more coordination than full office management).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Ability to proactively manage diaries across multiple time zones
  • Professional and confident in communication, in person, over phone and emails
  • Solid and transferable experience of Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrates the utmost confidentiality and discretion
  • Meticulous with timings and attention to detail especially across time zones
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong use of initiative and ability to use professional discretion at all times
  • Approachable and cooperative with all staff and stakeholders
  • Organised self‑starter with excellent time management skills
  • Self‑motivated and ability to multi‑task effectively
  • Continually demonstrates application of group policies and relevant regulatory framework
  • Confidence to introduce own processes to make the most of CEO’s time
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment
  • Financial Sector or Climate experience desirable but not necessary, alongside a knowledge of or willingness to learn about the key players in the industry
