Are you an automotive professional ready for new challenges? MSX International is looking for a Product Performance Engineer to support our Volvo team by delivering product quality reporting and analysis in the EMEA region.
As a Product Performance Engineer, you will:
- Deliver product quality reporting and analysis for the Volvo brand across the EMEA region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
- Support ongoing product lifecycle management and performance improvement initiatives
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive engineering, quality reporting, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with product performance data collection and analysis
- Good understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar)
