Job Description

Test & Balance Field Engineer for the commercial HVAC industry to service the Cincinnati/ West Chester, OH area with periodic national outreach.

Responsibilities
  • Perform certified testing, adjusting, and balancing of specialized heating, cooling, ventilation, and heat transfer systems in new commercial retail, design-build, and public projects.
  • Support technicians with necessary equipment, extensive training, and ongoing support.
  • Operate within the Cincinnati area and travel across the USA on a 4‑day work week (Monday‑Thursday), averaging 1–2 weeks per month.
Qualifications
  • Engineering degree or Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET) or similar.
  • Excellent math, mechanical, and communication skills.
  • Efficient computer skills.
  • Willingness to travel 1–2 weeks per month.
