The Role

As a Product Performance Engineer, you will:

• Deliver product quality reporting and analysis for the Volvo brand across the EMEA region
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
• Support ongoing product lifecycle management and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive engineering, quality reporting, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with product performance data collection and analysis
• Good understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar)
