We’re looking for a versatile and proactive Technical Systems & Support Engineer to join our team. This role bridges IT support, software development, and system administration. You’ll be responsible for handling helpdesk support tickets, configuring systems, performing business analysis, managing Progress databases, developing applications, and supporting our infrastructure manager in maintaining our Azure cloud environment.
