A leading waste management company is seeking a Shift Engineering Supervisor in Edmonton, North London. In this role, you will supervise and lead a shift team of maintenance technicians, ensuring effective response to operational needs and prioritising tasks to maximise plant uptime. Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in engineering and experience in team management. The position offers a competitive salary and generous benefits.

Location: Edmonton - North London
Salary: £54,715 per annum
Hours of work: 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights and 4 off). 6am/6pm - 6pm/6am.
The Shift Engineering Supervisor will supervise and lead the shift team of maintenance technicians to effectively and efficiently respond to all operational engineering needs and prioritising the work load to reduce operational downtime. To lead and develop the maintenance team and ensure health and safety requirements are always considered and executed.
