Job Title: Business Development Manager
Base Location: Remote in UK, with travel to Clients and customers required
Salary: £65-£80k depending on skills and experience. Car Allowance and annual bonus, plus a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Are you ready to be the face of our Highways Electrical business, leading strategic growth and developing long-term opportunities?
We’re seeking a Business Development Manager with deep industry knowledge and a strategic mindset to help expand our presence within Term Maintenance Contracts (TMC) and beyond. This role is not about quick sales wins, it’s about building lasting relationships at a senior level with developers, local authorities, housing developers, and other key stakeholders.
You will engage regularly with C-suite decision makers and senior clients, understanding their needs and portraying how our evolving offerings, including EV infrastructure, traffic signals, and jointing works can fill the gaps and add real value. Your insights and strategic thinking will shape how we position ourselves in this competitive market.
