A leading risk management solutions provider in the UK is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of customers and drive sales growth. The role involves managing client relationships, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer account management, strong negotiation skills, and a proven record of achieving results. For this role, you will be required to be in our Manchester office on a hybrid basis once you have completed your training period and you will be required to travel as and when the business needs.
What will you be doing?
As an Account Manager for BES Group, you will be responsible for proactively managing and retaining our customers. You will act as a dedicated point of contact for your portfolio of medium sized accounts (£10,000-£50,000).
